to talk about how i loved you

and how we should probably just be friends

but how i couldnt just be friends

because i felt like my eyes were lasers of love

that fired electromagnetic pulses of laser beams

which were powered by a surge of energy that coursed from heart

into my arteries and emanated out of my eyes

when i looked into your eyes

which were power generators for this process

you see.

and when they fired off they stopped the world

around us and it was very still

but then i called you late last night

to talk about how that happened

because i have no idea what anything is about

though i would like to know

a little more than that you have a power generator behind your eyes

ok well now we can go to bed

and not sleep to the same things

because i called and we talked late last night

this is the opposite of paradise

he searched everywhere for his gloves

they were no where

the water was freezing

and paradise waited for him

perfection rendered by nature

he sat paralyzed

taking no action while

his love faded away

finally he snapped

out of his stupor

but it was too late

and dusk was settling

over his love which

had retreated

so now he was freezing

and had a cold heart

a blade of grass, for alison

it was summer and hot

the grass was thirsty and died a little

but then it got cut

it didnt feel anything because it was how it was

then it rained

the blade of grass grew

it went on like this for some time

then things changed and the blade of grass was confused

it got cold and it lost its green

it was wearing brown now

it felt something

because it knew what it felt like to wear green and grow

it liked that better

seasons changed again the blade of grass was eaten

it liked this because it was an adventure

the blade of grass was happy

it died and became new grass and other things lived
