a quick brain fart

incendiary
skies on fire for the moment i
found you skulking around scared of your own beauty
beyond our shattered
smiles there was something
moving to you from the corner of the room
you saw it and melted to the floor like gold
over the open furnace only to cool minutes later
when the heat turned to chill and my arms were
helpless around you
taking flight now you fly sweetly and freely away
lavender and jasmine in your wake you wash over me as you disappear
forever and i cherish the orangey-pink baby blue heavens you blessed me with
